Now that President Vladimir TrumPutin is under the gun for his fraudulent claims that former president Obama tapped his phones at Trump Tower, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer is spicing up the facts.
Spicer offered no indication Monday that Trump was forgoing payment, despite Trump's disinterest in receiving compensation which spans back at least 18 months. "In all seriousness", Spicer continued, "he made a pledge to the American people, he wants to donate it to charity and he'd love your help to determine where it should go".
"I'm not going to take the salary", Trump, then the president-elect, said during a November interview on CBS' "60 Minutes".
New US women's basketball coach not tinkering with winning formula
In addition, she was awarded 2015 USA Basketball co-coach of the year and was inducted into the basketball Hall of Fame in 2013. The members of Staley's current SC team attended Friday's announcement wearing black T-shirts that read "2020 Vision".
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway also addressed the wiretapping claims in an interview Sunday with the Bergen County Record, suggesting that other covert surveillance methods used by the Central Intelligence Agency - as revealed by Wikileaks last week - could have been used in Trump Tower by the Obama administration. "Nothing found. This is McCarthyism", he wrote.
Wiretapping a US citizen would require special permission from a court, and Trump as president would have the ability to declassify that information.
"He doesn't really think that President Obama went up and tapped his phone personally", Spicer told reporters in response to a question concerning the claims from NBC's Peter Alexander.
"If he's not joking, of course!"
Payet explains urgency to quit West Ham
It was never the match where Payet realised, as he claims, that he was in the wrong place; that had occurred six months earlier. Though it makes for good headlines, Payet's explanations for his behaviour at West Ham simply don't ring true.
Finally, Alexander pressed for a yes or no answer: "Can you say affirmatively that whenever the president says something, we can trust it to be real?" "This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!"
"It's one thing to have a Twitter egg tell say you do not belong in America, it is quite another to have the Press Secretary of the United States of America do so".
Ms Chauhan, who is the daughter of immigrants, acknowledged that she was "impolite" in her comments to the Trump aide.
"How does it feel to work for a fascist?" asked Shree while broadcasting the exchange via Periscope. And again, later: "I think there's a preponderance of reports that come out about surveillance and actions that occurred during the 2016 election".
Hundreds of Dakota Access Pipeline Protesters Gather Outside White House
The company is in the process of completing the leg of the project that's around 100 feet below Lake Oahe. Opposition to the proposed Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) has been ongoing for almost a year.
"A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice", Obama spokesman Kevin Lewis said in a statement.
