Japan says N. Korea missile fell into sea

In a new provocation, North Korea successfully test-fired a ballistic missile which travelled some 450 miles over the Sea of Japan early Sunday morning.

The missile, which fell into the East Sea after covering some 700 kilometers, has not been identified, and the United States has since indicated that it may be a new type of ballistic missile.

North Korea has fired what appears to be a ballistic missile, reports from South Korea say.

North Korea has briefly reported on Moon's election win and said conservatives in South Korea should be thrown out for good for inciting confrontation between the rival states.

On Saturday, a top North Korean diplomat said it was open to dialogue with the Trump administration under the right conditions, without elaborating.

This is the first provocative move from North Korea since South Korea appointed Moon Jae-in as the country's new President on Wednesday.

Mourinho's side also face a trip to Southampton before rounding off their campaign with a home game against Crystal Palace. Marouane Fellaini's first half goal means they will be in the final on May 24th against Ajax in Stockholm's Friends Arena.

"(Seoul) must show that dialogue is possible only when North Korea changes its behavior".

Whatever the type of missile, the launch forces Moon to put dealing with Pyongyang, at least for now, above the domestic economic agenda he'd made a priority during his early days in office.

President Moon Jae-in on Sunday called for a stern response to North Korean provocations following the latest missile launch. These launches are considered ballistic missile tests, as the technology for both is the same.

The launch was also aimed at "maximising the North's political leverage" ahead of possible negotiations with the USA, as Pyongyang and Washington both recently signalled they were open to talks, he added.

Sunday's launch was the North's first-known missile test in two weeks.

Meanwhile, North Korea has posted a letter of protest to the U.S. House of Representatives, protesting the tougher sanctions leveled against it on May 4.

Why tackling mental health in the workplace is a growing business priority
We recognize that this is easier said than done when schools have limited resources and must react to the most urgent cases. In Oklahoma - and nationwide - mental illness is deeply linked to substance abuse issues within the population.

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told reporters Sunday that the launch, which is banned by the United Nations, is "absolutely unacceptable" and that Japan will respond resolutely.

Kim claimed in January to be in the final stages of preparations to test-fire an icbm, which under global law has the right to do, and has since launched several intermediate-range projectiles with varying degrees of success.

Koh Yu-hwan, a North Korea expert at Seoul's Dongguk University, said it's not unprecedented for the North to directly contact the USA legislature or government.

That missile, launched April 29, blew up over land in North Korean territory, according to a spokesman for the US Pacific Command. While Pyongyang regularly tests shorter-range missiles, it is also working to master the technology needed to field nuclear-tipped missiles that can reach the US mainland. While the ballistic missile version of this rocket has not been successfully launched, the non-weaponized version has been used twice.

Weapons experts and government officials believe the North has accomplished some technical progress with those tests.

She was traveling from Norway, where she led a delegation that held an informal meeting with USA experts.
